Operations Supervisor - DistributionThis role is focused on providing operational support to ensure the site maintains compliance and performance requirements across OMS, GoGreen initiatives, Safety programs, Employee Relations events, Continuous Improvement activities, and other facility support needs.The position is also responsible for providing coverage and support for Operations Supervisors during scheduled PTO and other planned absences.To ensure a strong understanding of site operations and prepare for supervisory coverage responsibilities, the individual will initially be trained on two operational shifts:6:00 AM to 2:30 PM10:00 AM to 6:30 PMFollowing the training period, the role will transition to its regular schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This approach will allow the individual to become fully acclimated to the site, develop operational knowledge, and effectively support the facility's staffing and operational requirements.The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.
