Greystar seeks a skilled maintenance professional to uphold and improve the community’s buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, complete resident work orders, and oversee the make-ready process for vacant homes. You’ll coordinate with teams, inspect contractor work, manage supplies, and participate in safety and preventative maintenance programs to ensure Greystar quality across the property. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
