Senior Information Security Analyst

Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Duration: Contract 6 months to start We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support a growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. This position is ideal for someone who has grown their career within the Information Security space and brings a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical capability, and stakeholder communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory administration, ServiceNow, and PowerShell scripting. This individual should be comfortable working independently, interacting directly with users and internal teams, and operating with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Support initiatives within the enterprise GRC and Information Security program Work closely with IAM and access management processes, controls, and user provisioning activities Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, reporting, data analysis, and workflow navigation Create, run, and analyze reports within ServiceNow Perform Active Directory and EntraID queries using Powershell and support access‑related investigations and analysis Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and query Active Directory environments Partner directly with users, security teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational initiatives Assist with access reviews, compliance efforts, audit support, and security governance activities Analyze security‑related data and provide recommendations for process improvements Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Information Security space Prior hands‑on experience working with Active Directory, including querying via Powershell and administration activities. (OnPrem AD absolutely required, EntraID experience in addition is a differentiator) Strong experience with ServiceNow, including: Navigating the platform Running and creating reports Querying and analyzing data Familiarity with Exchange Recipient and Mailbox creation, management, and powershell queries is a plus Experience supporting IAM, access management, or related security functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders Self‑starter who can work independently without requiring significant handholding or oversight Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs Experience supporting audit, compliance, or access certification initiatives Background in enterprise‑scale security operations or financial services environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
