Associate Director, Product Management

The Associate Director, Product Management is a versatile, cross-functional role — a utility player who serves as a bridge across our functional areas to expand both the breadth of what Salud offers and the reach and effectiveness of how we deliver it. Position Summary Reporting to the CEO, the Associate Director, Product Management is a high-ownership builder who works fluidly across growth, clinical, operations, and finance to advance Salud's products, network capabilities, and market strategy. This is a hands-on, bridge role — part strategy, part execution — for a self-starter who can move comfortably among go-to-market planning, network development, and market research, and who can turn ambiguity into clear plans and decisions. It comes with real runway: the person who helps build this function well will have a clear path to grow and progress alongside it. The role is based full-time at our headquarters in Miramar, FL. Job Responsibilities The Bridge — Cross-Functional Product Management Serve as a connective bridge across growth, clinical, operations, and finance to expand the breadth of Salud's products and the reach and effectiveness of how they are delivered. Translate needs from across the business into clear plans, business cases, and executive-ready recommendations. Help stand up and mature the product management function, establishing the processes and cadence the team will grow into. Go-to-Market & Growth Partner with the growth and business development team to better define and sharpen Salud's go-to-market strategy. Network & Value-Based Care Capabilities Support the company in advancing its clinically integrated network (CIN) capabilities. Help build out an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) . Expand group purchasing organization (GPO) opportunities for affiliate practices. Clinical Programs & Virtual Care Help develop a virtual clinic model to support Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and other clinical triage strategies. Partner with clinical and operations leaders to design scalable telehealth and triage workflows that expand access, close care gaps, and improve outcomes. Market Research & Expansion Conduct market research to identify which new markets would benefit most from Salud's products and services. Build the quantitative analyses, models, and presentations that inform prioritization and investment decisions. Qualifications Required 5–7 years of experience in sales, corporate development, finance, strategy, or account management. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Clear, confident communication and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking and quantitative analysis skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . A self-starter with a tenacious, ownership mindset and the drive to help build a department from the ground up. Preferred A master's degree in business ( MBA ) or healthcare administration ( MHA ). Prior healthcare experience with an insurance carrier, hospital system, provider network consolidator, MSO, ACO, or similar domain.
