Chargé d'affaires Building & Utilities (H/F)

Description Du Poste

  • Garantir un support d’expertise dans le domaine
  • Définir/Etablir des référentiels adaptés au monde de la fabrication de cellules
  • Mener/Diriger des études de faisabilité, comparative de solution
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs des projets de construction de gigafactory
  • Partager régulièrement la situation du projet avec les équipes de directions
  • Établir des esquisses, estimation de cout & planning pour engagement des affaires
  • Préparation de cahier des charges de consultation dans son périmètre
  • Analyser des offres des entreprises
  • Piloter les entreprises de réalisation
  • Encadrer et viser les documents d’études des entreprises de construction
  • Encadrer et suivre les travaux
  • Piloter les phases Essais et Réception

  • Un site industriel classé SEVESO seuil haut où la sécurité encadre chaque action.
  • Une montée en cadence de la production où l'on adapte nos pratiques pour gagner en stabilité et en performance.

Concernant Le Bloc 2

  • Un nouveau bloc avec des lignes et des organisations dédiées au lancement de nouvelles productions.
  • Un environnement où les équipes contribuent activement à la mise en place des process, des standards et des modes de fonctionnement.

Profil Recherché

Votre profil correspond si vous avez :

  • Spécialisation technique, référent sur les lots Tout Corps d’état
  • Expérience : 5 ans minimum
  • Niveau d'anglais : basique

Votre Package Salarial
