It’s the way *you*want to be treated.Summary: Care of the patient in the home setting. Requirements: Currently licensed as a RN is the state of IL. CPR certified. Previous Home Health experience. Strong clinical background with previous hospital experience required. Must possess strong comprehensive assessment, documentation and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Phlebotomy, Infusion Administration, and Wound Care. Knowledge in Oasis C documentation and state and federal regulations. Basic understanding of computers. Must be able to work independently and have exceptional customer service.
