Real Estate Showing Agent

Overview Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Tijeras and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Responsibilities Assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses, and other real estate tasks. Schedule and show homes using electronic lockbox. Qualifications Currently licensed real estate agent (We can help you get licensed). Full MLS access. Experience showing homes in the Tijeras area. Ability to use electronic lockbox. Compensation Paid an average of $34 or more per task, with the opportunity for tips. Often multiple homes are shown to a single client, and you will be paid for each home shown. Other Information Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in New Mexico. To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. If you are unlicensed, Showami can help.
