If you take pride in your work and are dedicated to upholding the standards of the brand you represent, you may be the individual we are looking for.Essential FunctionsSupport various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large lossesHandle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulationSchedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehiclesManage and supervise the restoration crewsEnsure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelinesConfirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collectedMake certain all documentation is completeExperience and RequirementsThis position will require you to be on callThree to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)Bilingual is a plusMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to submit to a background check and drug screeningCompensationYour compensation will vary by experience level.
