Escrow Assistant

First American

First American is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. The role offers a dynamic and fast‑paced environment where you provide crucial administrative and customer support to the Escrow team. What You'll Do Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow‑up. Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow. Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience. What You'll Bring Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers. Problem solver with strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations. Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred. Pay Range $20.31 – $27.09 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
