Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per Diem Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts (As Needed) Location: Middletown, RI Setting: Family shelter and Residential Group Home Arbor Associates is seeking energetic and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for per diem coverage in a residential group home setting. This role supports adult males with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges and requires someone who is comfortable being hands‑on, engaged, and consistent. If you’re the type who doesn’t just supervise—but actively connects, engages, and brings energy into your shifts—this is where you’ll stand out. Responsibilities Support individuals in a structured group home environment Assist with ADLs (hygiene, meals, daily routines) Actively engage clients—this is not a sit‑back role Provide support around behavioral and developmental needs Maintain consistency and communicate with the team Qualifications Shift availability for 1st (7 am–3 pm), 2nd (3 pm–11 pm) and/or 3rd (11 pm–7 am) shifts Must be able to work in Middletown Comfortable with behavioral challenges Outgoing, hands‑on, and reliable Experience in DSP or human services is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Associates
