If you're a natural leader with a passion for person-centered care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of a residential group home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environmentSupervise, schedule, and mentor direct support professionals (DSPs) and residential care staffDevelop and implement individualized care plans in compliance with state and agency regulationsMonitor resident health, behavior, and progress, coordinating with healthcare providers as neededEnsure compliance with DDS, DPH, and other applicable regulatory standardsManage household budgets, documentation, and administrative reportingFoster a positive, person-centered culture that promotes resident independence and dignityRequirements:Prior experience in residential care, group home management, or human services leadershipKnowledge of DDS regulations and Massachusetts residential care standards preferredStrong supervisory and team leadership skillsExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilitiesCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for vulnerable populationsMust be MAP certified.Minimum of 1 year experienceAbout Us:R&G Healthcare Services Inc is a dedicated provider of residential and community-based care services in the Salem, MA area, committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and special needs.
