Production Associate- Urgent Hiring!!!

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for deburring and grinding down cut pieces of steel, contributing to the manufacturing process in a dynamic production environment.

• Deburr and grind cut pieces of steel.
• Operate hand tools efficiently.
• Engage in general labor tasks as required.
• Participate in machine operating and assembly tasks.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues.

• Experience in a steel fabrication environment is a plus.

Work in a steel fabrication shop that can be hot, cold, dusty, and loud. The role requires use of tools like a flapper disk operating at 11,000 RPMs and hand chisels.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
