Snow Atkinson Griess is DTC law firm with a broad commercial practice. We are looking for a Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-6 years’ experience. The position supports partners on a variety of business and transactional matters for individuals and closely held business clients in all areas of business including formation, tax planning, asset management, operations, mergers, and acquisitions. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise transactional and corporate documents. Conduct legal research, analysis, due diligence investigations, and risk assessments. Participate in negotiations and provide practical legal advice and counsel to clients.
