Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)Join our dedicated healthcare team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). We are seeking an experienced RN with a focus on providing high-quality surgical care in the operating room. This position offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a skilled team of professionals.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the circulator in the operating room, ensuring efficient room setup and readiness for procedures.Assist surgical teams by performing scrub duties as needed, showcasing your expertise in patient care and surgical protocols.Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes during procedures.Maintain a sterile environment before, during, and after surgeries.Collaborate with surgical teams to implement best practices and enhance patient outcomes.QualificationsMust have a valid and permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.Minimum of 18 months of experience in an operating room setting is required.Current certifications in AHA ACLS and BLS are mandatory.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Preferred experience as a scrub nurse, but not required.ScheduleThis position is for the day shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
