What You'll Do
  • Provide expert hematology and oncology consultation and treatment for diverse patient populations
  • Manage benign hematology cases in a hospital and outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Ochsner Cancer Institute
  • Participate in clinical research and ongoing professional development
  • Support patient care through chemotherapy infusion, advanced imaging, and integrative oncology services
  • Engage in a shared weekly call rotation with regional colleagues
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education initiatives
What You Need
  • Required: Medical license in Louisiana; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Preferred: Prior experience in hematology/oncology; strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Key Skills: Patient-centered care, collaborative approach, commitment to clinical excellence
