Senior Speech Pathologist, Per Diem

In this role, you will: Provide speech pathology services to patients in the acute setting at both Westwood and Santa Monica campuses Perform clinical swallow evaluations, MBSS, FEES, and treatment for patients with dysphagia Perform communication/cognition evaluation and treatment Cover weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed Must be available to cover 2 holidays per year and 2 weekend dates per month Salary range: 68.30-83.46 hourly Qualifications California State Speech Pathology license Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems Possess a high level of clinical skill to work with complex medical and social situations Excellent critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent documentation abilities Must have recent experience practicing in the inpatient hospital setting Experience with MBSS and FEES is required Experience with communication/cognition evaluation and treatment required Experience with pediatrics is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Jobs
