Responsibilities

• Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations as General Manager.
• Guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Execute local store marketing efforts to reach sales and profit goals.
• Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers the highest quality meats.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant general management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
