\n \nPosition Overview
\nOur client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a team in a regular Business-as-Usual (BAU) environment. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Scrum Master experience , a strong Agile background, and prior banking industry experience. This role will work closely with UI/UX, QA, Business Analysis, and development teams to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective team collaboration.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting ongoing BAU initiatives. \n
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-related sessions. \n
- Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles and practices. \n
- Partner with Business Analysts, UI/UX, QA, and technology teams to coordinate delivery activities. \n
- Remove impediments and proactively identify risks or blockers impacting team progress. \n
- Track sprint progress and team commitments using JIRA . \n
- Promote transparency, communication, and continuous improvement across the team. \n
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to support timely delivery of project and BAU objectives. \n
- Help maintain an effective and collaborative Agile team environment. \n
Required Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. \n
- SAFe certification required. \n
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . \n
- Experience conducting and facilitating stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies . \n
- Strong experience working with UI/UX and QA teams . \n
- Hands-on experience with JIRA . \n
- Prior banking/financial services industry experience required. \n
- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills. \n
Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting large-scale banking or financial services organizations. \n
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment. \n
