Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable Lube Technician to join a growing equipment service team. This is a hands-on position supporting the maintenance and service of a variety of equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities- Perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or service issues
- Assist experienced technicians with service and repair work
- Perform basic maintenance and service tasks as assigned
- Help maintain an organized and safe shop environment
- Follow proper safety and service procedures
- Support the team with additional shop duties as needed
- Previous hands-on mechanical or equipment experience preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment, construction equipment, or related machinery is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and dependable work habits
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team
- Ability to learn how to operate the equipment being serviced
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
- Overtime may be available based on business needs
