These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job Summary:The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will build electrical and mechanical assemblies per established procedures (build procedures, work instructions, etc.).Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical parts, as instructed in accordance with manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units.Mechanical assembly concepts to include gear and motor drive assemblyWire electronic components as instructed in accordance with manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete unitsAssembles parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assembly, process assembly, inspection, modifications, upgrades and rework.Completes production/quality related documentationCable and Panel wiringPerforms work in accordance with quality and engineering standardsResponsible for inspecting and testing their own work before moving to next routing stepKeep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environmentOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications:5 + years' experience in manufacturing/production environmentOvertime required when neededElectro-Mechanical experience with:- Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)- Measuring tools (Multi-meters, Continuity testers, tape measure, calipers, etc.)- Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, small power tools)Associated degree in electronic field (preferred)Certifications (preferred)IPC-610IPC-620J-Standard 001Quality controlled environmentApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.Salary Range: $42,500.00-$56,600.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
