Daily job duties include: payroll, billing, crewing (setting up interviews, going through applications), and help keep HELM up to date. Other duties include, be up to date on Sub M policies, mediate labor problems, order supplies and write purchase requests. Fleet Supervisor will work with Fleet Manager on a day to day basis to help ensure boats and crews are up to date on compliance and maintain a safe work force. Responsibilities:Month-end reports, including fuel, KPI reports, payroll accrualBillingEnter Fuel and High Water SurchargesOversee fleet count. Load and empty counts.Order fuel, lube and supplies for boatMake sure tank barges are checked and fueled 60%Crewing. The physical requirements of the job requires ability to climb stairs, lifting up to 55 lbs, prolonged periods of standing and sitting, computer work, meeting deadlines, providing calculated information, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, working adjusted hours, and working as instructed. Prompt attendance is a must. Physical qualification to wear a respirator is required. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $70,400.00 - $130,600.00.
