You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from guest rooms. Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with valet parking as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the lobby and baggage area. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
