PMO Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Summary PMO Analyst responsible for tracking and monitoring program deliverables, maintaining PMO documentation, supporting business process analysis, translating processes into workflows, and ensuring compliance with SDLC and architecture standards. Must hold TS/SCI with Poly. Key Responsibilities Track, monitor, and update status of program deliverables. Ensure data currency, validity, and relevance through application of processes. Maintain library of PMO documents and build repository of project templates for technical and management support. Support project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal outreach and communications. Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards. Update and keep current organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials for both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards; oversee Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management to ensure compliance with standards and guidance.
