Responsibilities

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:

1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on various types of equipment including conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
3. Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
4. Working with PLCs, electro-mechanical devices, and motor controls.
5. Adhering to safety procedures and regulations, including CGMP.
6. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for future reference.
7. Assisting in the installation and setup of new equipment.
8. Troubleshooting and repairing issues with hydraulic systems.
9. Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolving issues as quickly as possible.
10. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in working with electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
3. Experience with PLC, electro-mechanical devices, and motor controls.
4. A solid understanding of CGMP.
5. The ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
8. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
10. A degree or certificate in an industrial or mechanical field is preferred.
