Benefits Aflac Company parties Free food & snacks Training & development Benefits/Perks Great Work Environment Competitive Compensation Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated EMT, LPN, or RN to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Urgent Care team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting providers, and ensuring efficient clinic flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Qualifications Current certification/licensure as EMT, LPN, or RN (state of Missouri) IV Certification (Required) BLS/CPR certification (required) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and patient care skills Experience in urgent care, primary care, or similar setting preferred Work weekdays AND Saturdays Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Duties Room patients and obtain complete vital signs at every visit Perform patient intake, including medical history and chief complaint Administer injections (IM, SQ, etc.) as ordered by provider Start and manage IV therapy (fluids, medications, etc.) Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments Perform in-house lab testing (e.g., strep, flu, COVID, UA, glucose, etc.) Collect and prepare specimens for processing or external labs Perform EKGs and other basic diagnostic testing as needed Provide wound care, splinting, and basic procedural support Clinic Operations Manage and maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Schedule patients and assist with follow-up appointments as needed Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared between patients Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Verify and update patient information, medications, and allergies Monitor lab and diagnostic results and assist with follow-up coordination Administrative & Support Duties Answer phones and assist with patient questions when needed Coordinate care with providers and team members using internal communication tools Ensure compliance with clinic policies, OSHA standards, and PPE requirements Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives Core Competencies Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism and reliability Patient-centered mindset with excellent bedside manner Adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment Work Environment Fast-paced Direct Primary Care and Urgent Care clinic combining scheduled and walk-in patients.
