Who We’re Looking For:

Self-Starters — You manage your schedule and thrive on independence.

Licensed in New Mexico — Active real estate license required.

What You’ll Do:

Convert warm leads into active buyers and sellers
Host open houses, show homes, and conduct buyer/seller consultations
Guide clients through every step from contract to closing
Build long-term relationships and referral networks
Stay informed on local market trends and community developments
Scale your business with mentorship, not guesswork

Compensation:

$48,000 to $196,000+ annually — 100% commission with bonus pay and performance incentives

Schedule & Benefits:

Self-managed workdays
Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
