At Hall's Culligan, you are responsible for new business development. You'll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them choose solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day life. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real conversations and real impact. Paid training to get you up and running

Uncapped commission + bonuses

Most reps hit $80K$100K in year one

Top performers earn $150K-200k+

Our most successful reps self-generate opportunities - that's the key to success here. It starts with "when is the last time you had your water tested?"

Run ~7 appointments per week

What We're Looking For

You're competitive and like to win

You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
