- Flexible schedule
• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Assist with transportation and community outings when appropriate
• Accurately document services provided and complete required visit documentation
• Utilize EVV systems for clock-in and clock-out compliance
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and the BG Healthcare Services team to support quality care Requirements • Current PCA Certificate, CNA License, HHA Certificate, or comparable caregiving credentials
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB screening/testing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
