About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery Department, ideal for new graduates eager to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families. Highlights Pay: $37 - $55/hour Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (7pm-7am) What You'll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Serve as role models to LevelI nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly. Develop a plan of care according to patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
