Qualifications: A degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field, meeting Utah's licensure requirements. Active Professional Land Surveyor License in Utah. 3+ years of practical land surveying experience (5+ years strongly preferred). Deep understanding of land surveying laws, boundary laws, and Public Land Surveying System. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and GPS technologies. Demonstrated ability in project management and communication with various stakeholders. Aptitude for managing and restoring survey monuments and conducting plat reviews. Valid Utah driver’s license and ability to tow and transport survey equipment. Ability to apply for and manage State and Federal Grants. Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and physical demands of fieldwork, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
