Cross Electric – Columbus / Central Ohio

Cross Electric is looking for an experienced electrician who wants more than just another job.

We are a smaller electrical contractor serving Central Ohio with a wide variety of work including:

- Commercial projects

- Residential projects

- Service and troubleshooting

- Remodels and renovations

- Tenant buildouts

- Lighting upgrades

- Generator installations

- Solar electrical installations

- Light industrial work

We intentionally operate differently than many larger companies. We believe electricians should be able to provide for their families without sacrificing their families.

What We’re Looking For 

We are seeking an experienced electrician with commercial and residential experience who:

- can work independently,

- communicates professionally,

- takes pride in clean craftsmanship,

- works well with customers and coworkers,

- and wants to be part of a solid long-term team.

Leadership ability is a major plus. We are especially interested in someone who can help lead projects, manage workflow in the field, and bring stability and experience to the team.

This position could grow into a larger leadership role for the right person.

Requirements

- 5+ years electrical experience preferred

- Commercial and residential experience

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently

- Professional attitude and communication

- Clean and organized workmanship

- Journeyman license preferred but not required

Cross Electric performs work throughout Franklin County and the surrounding Central Ohio counties, with employees reporting to different project locations depending on the work schedule.
