Pay starts at 12/hr plus tips

bb.q Chicken Huntsville is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between the front counter, drink preparation, dining room, food running, and other guest service duties.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
Restock cups, tea, toppings, supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
Follow company standards for food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, restaurant, café, or bubble tea experience is preferred but not required.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
