Housing Stability Case Manager - Onsite (Temp)
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Temporary Case Manager for Kensington Campus in Lancaster, CA. You will support Clients’ housing stability and service coordination, maintaining a caseload and collaborating with local health departments. This onsite role operates Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, through November 2026 with possible extension. Responsibilities include intake, assessments, and goal planning, plus coordinating transportation and benefits to help Clients transition from homelessness to #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
