Key Holder — Favorite Daughter

Come work where your closet dreams live

Favorite Daughter is the casually cool collection of wardrobe must-haves from sisters Sara and Erin Foster — the pieces people reach for again and again. Now we’re looking for the person who helps our customers fall in love with them and helps keep the store running like a dream. If you light up a room, know good style when you see it, and love both selling and stepping up as a leader, keep reading.

Why You’ll Love It Here This isn’t just folding sweaters and ringing up sales. As a Key Holder, you’re a trusted right hand to the management team — one of the people who opens the doors in the morning and locks up at night. You’ll be the heart of the store, building real relationships, curating looks people rave about, and setting the tone for the whole team. Bring your energy and your eye for style; we’ll give you room to grow.
