Overview
????Premier Dental Center located in New Braunfels , TX is an established, state-of-the-art family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time.

???? Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm, Friday 8:15am-2pm
???? Compensation: $20-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
Experience:
- 1+ years of dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
