This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing complex datasets, maintaining comprehensive reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst works within Agile frameworks to support the team's data-driven approach to application assessment, migration planning, and post-migration evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and consolidate data from various sources related to application performance, usage, and migration progressEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all datasetsConduct in-depth analysis of application data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issuesPerform statistical analysis to support decision-making in the migration processDesign and create comprehensive reports on various aspects of the migration projectDevelop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insightsMaintain and update regular reports on migration progress, performance metrics, and KPIsCreate compelling visual representations of data findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similarPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop and deliver presentations on migration analytics to various levels of the organizationConduct pre- and post-migration comparisons to evaluate the success of migration effortsProvide data-driven insights to support decision-making at all levels of the projectDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the migration projectDevelop metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the migration processCreate and maintain scorecards to track progress against project goalsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine data-related user storiesRequirements:Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years experienceSecret Security Clearance requiredDemonstrated experience working with business stakeholders to understand business process, pain points, and insights that will deliver greatest value to the missionBuilding and maintaining visualizations and dashboards in enterprise Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Microstrategy) or custom coding (D3, React, CSS)Performing complex data pre-processing (joins, unions, aggregations) using tools and languages like SQL, R, or PythonYou must live local to St. Louis, MO OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-ThursdayCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
