Registered Nurse - MedSurg

Position Overview: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols, implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Responsibilities Include Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions appropriately. Carrying out physician and nursing orders accurately. Assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with healthcare team members. Qualifications Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Diploma from an accredited nursing school. Current BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
