Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Houston, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 - 17:00

Job Description: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will work in the Nuclear Medicine Department, performing a range of imaging procedures and utilizing Siemens ECAM SPECT equipment. The role is crucial for patient diagnostics and will require both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct HIDA Scans, Stress Tests, and Tumor Localizations.
• Ensure accurate and efficient operation of nuclear medicine equipment.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Maintain patient safety and report any adverse reactions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT (N) and CNMT certification is required.
• Proficiency with Siemens ECAM SPECT is essential.
• Experience with drawing for labs and starting IVs is preferred.
