Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury, or loss of body part. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training- Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program. Coursework/Training- Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry level educational equivalency review. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings.
