USPI Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Cypress USPI Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Cypress is seeking a motivated Front Desk Clerk to join our team. We have 1 OR rooms and 3 procedure rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in gastroenterology. Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day. Job Summary The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; admits patients and processes their paperwork; updates patient demographics and information in the system; collects monies due and documents them in the billing system; handles funds per office procedure; and answers incoming phone calls.
