HowYou’llMake an Impact Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance. Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach toacquirenew residential customers Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new oradditionalSpectrum services within assigned properties. Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, usingappropriate toolsand resources, andfollowthrough to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved. Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions. Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results. Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and requiredtimeframes. Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines. The base pay for this position generally is between $27,600.00 and $45,800.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $55,000 .
