Our client is looking to add a Civil Engineer (PE) to their team in Oakhurst, NJ.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support site civil and land development projects

• Provide guidance and oversight on design

• Prepare and review site plans, subdivision layouts, and drainage designs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and permitting processes

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Conduct occasional site visits and inspections (limited travel)

• Play a key role in project execution and team development

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of civil engineering experience (10+ preferred)

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey (required)

• Strong experience in site civil, land development, and drainage design

• Background in permitting, regulatory compliance, and subdivision planning

• Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools preferred

• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally (critical for success)

• Ability to manage projects and oversee others, not just hands-on design
