We are seeking a customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Engineer to provide front-line technology support across a growing, multi-business-unit construction organization. This role supports office, field, manufacturing, and project teams across multiple locations and jobsites, helping employees remain connected and productive.

The position will troubleshoot cloud and on-premises systems, hardware, software, mobile devices, connectivity, and user access while supporting onboarding, equipment deployment, asset tracking, and issue escalation. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, urgency, accountability, and a service-first mindset, with the ability to support fast-paced construction operations and deliver a consistent technology experience across the organization.

· Respond to and resolve IT support tickets.

· Perform employee onboarding and offboarding.

· Manage user accounts, password resets, MFA, and access requests.

· Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

· Assign and manage software licenses.

· Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.

· Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, VPN, and connectivity issues.

· Support endpoint management through RMM and MDM platforms.

· Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

· Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint protection.

· Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.

· 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience.

· Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

· Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).

· ITIL Foundation knowledge.

· CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.

· Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing systems.

· Experience with RMM tools and endpoint management.

· Experience with SureMDM or other MDM platforms.

· Basic cybersecurity knowledge.

· Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
