Shipping AdministratorThe Shipping Administrator is responsible for maintaining records of inbound and outbound shipments, problem solving with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in related company records. Responsibilities and DutiesVerify and keeps records on outgoing shipmentsPreparation and quality of shipping paperwork including packing slips, bill of ladings and other shipping documentation as necessary for outgoing shipmentsAnswer emails regarding shipped and tracking informationDaily entry and tracking of shipment information in various online platformsAccurately labeling outbound shipmentsPerforms other duties as requestedQualifications and SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMultitask in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and ability to prioritize your workloadPleasant, personable, and fun to be aroundHardworking with a great work ethicDependable team playerExperience, knowledge and/or exposure to computers, Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus.Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Diligent and punctual.Occasional shift flexibility and occasional over time.Working well on diverse teams and highly collaborative.Exceptionally motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Curious with a desire to learn; team player with a willingness to help where required.Ability to manage time and complete assigned work through strong organizational and problem-solving. Sitdown forklift exp is a plus. Must wear STS.
