What You Will Do

• Own your pipeline: prospect, follow up, and close with consistency and intention.
• Deliver a premium client experience from first contact through final delivery.
• Set and pursue monthly performance targets with a clear plan, not just effort.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Represent the INFINITI brand with professionalism, knowledge, and presence.
• Collaborate with the team while holding yourself to your own high standard.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with a verifiable track record; automotive sales experience not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to execute a plan, not just hustle.
• Professional presentation and polished client-facing presence.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Required

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
