We are seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join a leading healthcare team in New York.
About the Role
We are looking for an Oncology Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional care and support in oncology pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Review chemotherapy orders for accuracy, dosing, optimization, and compliance with treatment protocols
- Compare regimens with NCCN guidelines or study protocols
- Coordinate with providers to minimize waste through vial-size rounding
- Monitor beyond-use dating, concentrations, stability, and lifetime dose limits
- Manage chemotherapy inventory levels and support procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and sterile compounding regulations
- Collaborate closely with Oncology providers, nursing staff, and pharmacy teams
- Support medication reconciliation and chemotherapy prescribing plans
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in New York State
- PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or BCOP preferred
- OR 1-5+ years of experience preparing/evaluating chemotherapy regimens
- Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy operations and sterile compounding standards
Required Skills

Preferred Skills
PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or BCOP preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
Pay Rate: $62 - $65/hr
