Co‑Foreman – Job Description Groundworks of Central PA, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Co‑Foreman to join their team in Shamokin Dam, PA. The role is a leader and contributor on our crew, integral to our success. Job Responsibilities Assists Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site Assesses conditions of the job once on‑site; sets plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work, and assigns duties to crew for work to be performed Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables; provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work Ensures all final documentation is done completely and accurately and is given to the proper parties Qualifications Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player Experience leading crews or small teams Basic construction or mechanical knowledge Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license Ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas Physical Requirements The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. It requires good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination, quick movement of arms and legs, excellent stamina, and ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens.
