We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in the Pigeon Forge/Townsend/Sevier County, TN area .

Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.

What You'll Do
As Executive Housekeeper, you'll oversee the daily operation of the housekeeping department while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, scheduling, training, and developing the housekeeping team
• Assigning rooms and staffing based on occupancy and workload
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards
• Coordinating daily with Front Desk and Maintenance
• Managing linens, supplies, housekeeping carts, and inventory
• Monitoring productivity, timekeeping, and team performance
• Conducting hotel walk-throughs and addressing cleanliness or maintenance concerns
• Managing Lost & Found procedures
• Completing performance reviews and corrective action when needed
• Ensuring compliance with hotel, brand, safety, and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Spanish-speaking required
• 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Positive, professional communication style
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
