Pay Rate: $27.97 - $29.97/hr General Manager - Lead the Lounge with Passion & Purpose! At Burger Lounge , we don't just serve up epic, grass-fed burgers-we create experiences. And to do that, we need rockstar leaders who bring energy, heart, and hustle to the table. As our General Manager , you'll be the captain of the ship , balancing hands-on restaurant operations with a smart business strategy to keep the vibes high and the burgers sizzling. What You'll Do Hands-On Leadership (70%)
- Keep quality, safety, and service standards top-tier
- Manage prep, portioning, and customer flow to reduce wait times
- Be a problem-solving pro -jump in where needed
- Lead by example with next-level hospitality and team spirit
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation-because details matter
- Own the P&L game -drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
- Build a strong community presence to attract new and returning guests
- Hire, train, and develop an all-star team
- Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards
