We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordinating complex framing projects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing, with a focus on multi-family wood projects.* Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to achieve timely project completion.* Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.* Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, including lumber and trusses.* Lead procurement meetings and ensure seamless materials management.* Work with other assistant superintendents on siding, flashing, and waterproofing* Ensure job-site cleanliness and maintain daily standards with subcontractors.**What You Bring:*** At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing (required)* Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and best practices* Ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all framing phases from start to finish* Supervisory experience in construction management (minimum 3 years preferred)* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software* Experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus.* High School Diploma or GED required* Competitive salary plus bonuses* Generous apartment rental discounts* Paid time off: 20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays (PTO increases with tenure)* Tuition reimbursement for continued education* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401 (k) with employer matchAt AMLI, we believe in fostering innovation, supporting employee growth, and recognizing your contributions.
